Fascia
A fascia is the horizontal “fascia board” which caps the end of rafters outside a building may be used to hold the rain gutter. The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit or eave. It stops tiles on the roof from shifting, and should a replacement be required, we’ll be there.

Soffit
You may be wondering what a soffit is, a Soffit is the flat section underneath the fascia board.
In this example the soffit is fixed to the slope of the rafters. The fascias form the outer edge and have a groove in them to receive the soffit lining sheets.
Your soffit is structurally integral to your roof, so when and if it should get damaged you’ll want a quality repair. Roof Guard will fix and replace any soffit, no matter how big or small!

Guttering
A rain gutter, also known as a (rain catcher) is a thin channel, or trough, forming the component of a roof system which collects and diverts rainwater away from the roof edge. Needless to say, you don’t want it to crack, rust or split, as this can damage both the fascia and soffit boards with moisture.
